As an authorized reseller of global leading IT brands, Server Zone Computer Trading L.L.C ensures that all products sold are covered by official manufacturer warranties, guaranteeing you peace of mind and reliable performance.
1. Manufacturer Warranty
Nearly all hardware products including servers, laptops, printers, and networking gear (from brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.) come with standard 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year Local Official Manufacturer Warranties depending on the SKU.
If an item develops a fault during its warranty period, you are entitled to repair or replacement as per the manufacturer's specific warranty terms. Customers can often contact the brand's local service center directly (e.g., Dell ProSupport) for the fastest resolution.
2. RMA Process through Server Zone
If you prefer or if required by the manufacturer, we can facilitate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process on your behalf.
- Contact our support team with the Serial Number, Invoice Number, and a detailed description of the fault.
- We will issue an RMA ticket and provide instructions on securely dropping off or shipping the item to our facility.
- We will interface with the manufacturer to ensure the item is repaired or replaced as swiftly as possible.
3. Warranty Void Conditions
Please note that warranties do not cover, and will be voided by:
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or accidental drops.
- Power surges or electrical damage caused by faulty facility power or lack of a UPS.
- Unauthorized repairs or disassembly by non-certified technicians.
- Software issues, viruses, or data loss (Hardware warranty only covers physical components).
4. Extended Warranties & SLAs
For enterprise infrastructure such as servers and storage arrays, we highly recommend purchasing Next-Business-Day (NBD) or 4-Hour Response extended warranties. Our sales team can quote these Service Level Agreements (SLAs) directly from the manufacturer at the time of purchase.
