1. Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
• The Goods are in the original packaging, unopened, and factory sealed.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

* Note: Due to the sensitive nature of IT hardware (Servers, Networking Gear), opened items are subject to a strict inspection and may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

2. The Following Goods Cannot be Returned

• Software licenses, digital downloads, and activated subscriptions.
• Custom-configured servers or built-to-order hardware.
• Items that have been damaged after delivery or show signs of use.

3. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to our registered office address in Dubai, UAE.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
