Server Zone Computer Trading L.L.C ("we", "our", "us") operates out of Dubai, UAE. These terms govern the sale of IT hardware, networking equipment, software, and associated IT services to commercial (B2B) and retail clients.

2. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise quoted for export.
Prices are subject to 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) as per local law, which will be applied to local invoices.
Product availability and pricing can fluctuate based on global supply chains. We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders if extreme market fluctuations occur prior to order dispatch.

3. Payment Terms

For retail and standard website purchases, full payment is required before dispatch. For approved B2B clients, payment terms (e.g., Net 30, PDC) may be extended subject to strict credit checks and formal written agreements. Overdue accounts will be subject to suspension of services and warranties.

4. Quotes and Proposals

Quotations generated via email, PDF, or through our dashboard are valid strictly for the timeframe specified on the document (usually 7 days). After this period, please request a requote.

5. Limitation of Liability

Server Zone Computer Trading L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or downtime, arising out of the use or inability to use our supplied hardware or services. Our maximum liability shall strictly be limited to the purchase price of the specific product causing the claim.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
