Return & Refund Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

* Note: Custom-configured servers, opened software, licenses, and special order items are non-returnable unless Dead on Arrival (DOA) or structurally defective.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product is defective out of the box (DOA), please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate an immediate replacement or full refund after the manufacturer's authorized service center verifies the defect.

3. Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Cash payments may be refunded via bank transfer.

4. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns of items that are not defective but have been opened, or if the original packaging is damaged, at the sole discretion of Server Zone Computer Trading L.L.C.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is DOA. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
